Abstract

This research dealt with "doctrinal issues related to the Qur'an" several demands, through which we explained : The definition of the Qur'an as a language and terminology, and the words related to it, with a statement of the difference between it and the Holy Quran, and mentioned its types, and we presented the opinions of the jurists in what they touched in the statement of the requirement of purity to touch the Qur'an, in addition to some contracts circulating a lot Such as selling the Qur'an and buying it is subject to the Muslim and non-Muslim, and the ruling on stopping it and renting it, and the statement of the fatwas of the scholars in the ruling on the desalination of the Qur'an and the oath of office, and the punishment of a thief, and the way he destroyed the sharia if he is not fit to read, as we discussed For his most important new issues is the "Electronic Qur'an" and highlighting his pressing issues as a judgment that touches the updated electronic Qur'an and adherence to the Ottoman drawing in his writing.
