In the name of Allah the Merciful, Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah,ﷺ This Research is about the applications of the rule that States that "the hardship brings facilitation" through the book of fatwas of Sheikh Abdul Rahman Bakli, stems from the problematic: How much the Ibadi doctrine school scholars - and one of them is Sheikh Abdul Rahman Bakali - adopt- ed the rules of Fiqh? The second topic was devoted to the practical as- pect of the rule in four sections of fiqh, namely, Ritual purities and wor- ships in the first syllabus. Transactions, repentance and epiation in the second. The most important finding is that the Sheikh's reliance on this rule in his book and on other jurisprudential and fundamentalist rules is evidence of the existence of other precious rules the rooting side of the doctrine.
