Abstract

هدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة الخدمات الصحية للمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية 18 فيفري متليلي للإجابة على اشكالية بحثنا واختبار صحة فرضياته فقد انتهجنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، حيث يتعلق الجانب الوصفي باستع ا رض معلومات نظرية مختلفة حول الخدمات الصحية ، أما الجانب التطبيقي فأنصب بالمقابلة من أهم النتائج: تتميز الخدمات الصحية في للمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية 18 فيفري متليلي بالوضع الإيجابي ولكن توجد ع ا رقيل داخل المصالح خاصة الإستعجالات والإقامة والأكل . The objective of the study is to learn the role of the Health Services Department of the Public Hospital Institution 18 February, Metlili. To answer the problems of our research and test the validity of its hypotheses, we have taken a descriptive and analytical approach, where the descriptive aspect relates to the review of different theoretical information about health services, and the applied aspect is the interview.
