أخلاقيات المهنة في الشريعة الإسلامية مقارنة بالتشريع الوضعي

Abstract

The issue of professional ethics is one of the important topics in the Islamic society in particular, given what it suffers today from the low level of moral values, especially in professional institutions and workplaces, and the spread of corruption in it. Ethics of the profession, as well as mentioning the ethics of the profession in Islam and what is required in it as well as its sources, in addition to that mentioning the means of its consolidation, in addition to that, it dealt with the ethics of the profession in positive legislation from principles and sources in the law, and also , been addressed in this study the ethics of the profession in some Arab legislation and international attention to professional ethics. By comparing the two legislations, I concluded that there is great agreement between them, as they share one goal, which is to fight corruption in all its forms.
