Abstract

Study Summary: Childhood is one of the most exciting stages in which a person lives , and stuck in his mind as long as he is alive, because at that life stage the child imbued with the pity and kindliness of his family and learn the good and useful science in his school, but if he grew up in harsh conditions. it likely his life will be without any successes and full with sadness and difficulties.And I'veoften the reason for all this is wars and their consequences. If they are not bound by moral values and tolerance, and inviolability of innocent children, they have no dog in this race. In this study, we tried to clarify the most important principles and provisions concerning the protection of children during armed conflict, according to Islamic jurisprudence and international humanitarian law, with indication of the most important mechanisms provided by Islamic sharia and international humanitarian law to ensure respect for these provisions protecting children who are victims of armed conflict. In the end of this study we presented the main reached findings and recommendations.
