دور المنصات التعليمية الرقمية في تحسين الخدمات العمومية "دراسة ميدانية لعينة من طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية."

Abstract

تهدف هده الدراسة إلى دراسة دور منصات التعليم الرقمي في تحسين وتطويرالخدمات العمومية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي من خلال جامعة غرداية ، و قد تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و التجارية و علوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية بتوزيع استباتة تتضن بعد ( التواصل، سهولة الاستخدام ، و تصميم منصةموودل، تحسين الخدمة ) و تم توزيع واسترجاع 120 استمارة و بعد المعالجة الاحصائية باستخدام برنامج spss ،وتم التوصل الى وجود علاقة ما بين التواصل و سهولة الاستخدام و تصميم المنصة مع تحسين الخدمة العمومية من وجهة نظر طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و التجارية و علوم التسيير إلا أن علاقة التأثير لم تتحقق من خلال بُعد تصميم منصة موودل لذلك نقترح إعادة النظر في تصميم منصة التعليم موودل بما يتناسب مع طبيعة الطالب الجامعي قصد تحسين خدمة التعليم الجامعي Abstract: This study aims to study the role of digital education platforms in improving and developing public services in institutions of higher education and scientific research through the University of Ghardaia. After (communication, ease of use, Moodle platform design, service improvement), 120 questionnaires were distributed and retrieved, and after statistical treatment using the spss program, it was found that there is a relationship between communication, ease of use, and platform design with improving public service from the point of view of Students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences However, the impact relationship was not achieved through the dimension of designing the Moodle platform. Therefore, we suggest reconsidering the design of the Moodle education platform in accordance with the nature of the university student in order to improve the service of university education
