Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة آليات منح القروض الاستثمارية في البنوك التجارية، من خلال دراسة حالة بنك القرض الشعبي الوطنيتم التركيز على تحديد الشروط والإجراءات المعتمدة في منح هذا النوع من القروض، وكذا المعايير التي يعتمدها البنك في تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية ومدى تأثيرها على قرار التمويل. كما سعت الدراسة إلى إبراز التحديات التي تواجه البنك في هذا المجال واقتراح بعض الحلول الممكنة لتحسين كفاءة وفعالية منح القروض الاستثمارية. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى جمع البيانات من خلال مقابلات مع موظفي البنك وتحليل الوثائق ذات الصلةThis study aimed to explore the mechanisms for granting investment loans in commercial banks, through a case study of the Bank de Crédit Populaire (People's Credit Bank). The focus was on identifying the conditions and procedures adopted in granting this type of loan, as well as the criteria used by the bank to evaluate investment projects and how these affect financing decisions. The study also sought to highlight the challenges faced by the bank in this area and propose possible solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of investment loan granting. The research relied on a descriptive and analytical approach, with data collected through interviews with bank employees and analysis of relevant documents
