Abstract

This overarching thesis dealt with the theoretical rooting, and the applied side, an important issue, from the issues of the vast principles of jurisprudence, namely: the allocation of the year by custom, and its impact on some issues of family jurisprudence. The theoretical part, contained on two themes: the first section devoted to adjust some of the concepts of research, and the second topic: allocated to the views of scientists in the allocation of all types of custom; And its practical side contained some of the issues of family jurisprudence, which are represented in the side of the marriage contract, with the question of “the terms of the marriage contract” and the issue of “competence in marriage” and the second aspect represented in marital difference, with the questions of “three divorce with one word” and the issue of “expiation of food in appearance. ” This letter concluded with some of the findings and recommendations derived from the research, in the field of the family, of course.
