Abstract

.ALFAPIPEهدفت هذه الدراسة إلي تسليط الضوء على آليات تعيين المدقق الداخلي في مؤسسسة وحدة غرداية لسنة 2019 , وذلك لغرض معرفة كيف يتم التعيتُ وشروط التعيتُ في الدسسسة لزل الدراسة . ولاختبار صحة الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على الدقابلة الشخصية مع ذوي الاختصاص داخل الدسسسة ,وبذلك بست الإجابة على الأسئلة الدقدمة في الدقابلة , لخصت الدراسة إلذ أف :الددقق الداخلي في الدسسسة لؼضع إلذ دورات تدريبية في إطار برستُ الأدا تدو من سنة إلذ سنتتُ بالإضافة إلذ دورات تكوينية إضافية . الددقق الداخلي لؽارس مهامو باستقلالية تامة من خلاؿ فحص لستلف الوثائق والقيا بالدلاحظة داخل الدسسسة واكتشاؼ الأخطا , على أساس ذلك يقو بتحليل وتشخيص الالضرافات الدرتكبة لدعالجتها وكذا تقدنً التوصيات إلذ الإدارة العليا وتنفيذهاThe purpose of this study was to shed light on the mechanisms of appointment of the internal auditor at the Alfapipe Foundation in Ghardaya, for the purpose of knowing how to be appointed and the conditions of appointment in the institution under study. To test the validity of the hypotheses was relied on the personal interview with specialists within the institution, and thus answered the questions presented in the interview, the study concluded that. The Internal Auditor performs his / her duties independently by examining various documents, making observations within the institution and detecting errors, on the basis of which he analyzes and diagnoses the deviations committed to address them as well as making recommendations to higher management and their implementation.
