Abstract

يعد تطبيق بريكول مشروعًا مبتكرًا في مجال الخدمات الرقمية، يهدف إلى تسهيل الوصول إلى خدمات البناء والصيانة المنزلية عبر منصة إلكترونية تربط بين الزبائن الباحثين عن خدمات متنوعة ومقدمي هذه الخدمات من حرفيين ومقاولين محليين. يوفر التطبيق إمكانية طلب خدمات مثل السباكة، الكهرباء، الطلاء، النجارة، التبليط، وأعمال الصيانة العامة بطريقة بسيطة وفعالة، مع ضمان الجودة والشفافية من خلال نظام تقييم المستخدمين. يساهم تطبيق بريكول في معالجة العديد من الإشكاليات التي تواجه السوق المحلي، مثل صعوبة إيجاد مقدمي خدمات موثوقين، غياب آليات تضمن الجودة وشفافية التعامل، وكذا ضعف التحول الرقمي في هذا القطاع. كما يسعى المشروع إلى خلق فرص عمل حقيقية للحرفيين وأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة، وتشجيعهم على الانخراط في السوق الرقمية، مما يساعد على تحسين مستوى الخدمات ويرفع من كفاءة القطاع غير المنظم. يستهدف التطبيق في مرحلته الأولى مدينة متليلي وضواحيها، مع طموح للتوسع إلى ولايات ومناطق أخرى في المستقبل القريب، مستندًا إلى رؤية واضحة تجمع بين الابتكار، ريادة الأعمال، والتأثير الاجتماعي والاقتصادي المستدام.

"Brikol" is an innovative digital project aimed at facilitating access to home construction and maintenance services through an electronic platform that connects customers seeking various services with local craftsmen and contractors. The application allows users to request services such as plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry, tiling, and general maintenance in a simple, efficient, and transparent way, with guaranteed quality through a user evaluation system. Brikol helps address several challenges in the local market, including the difficulty of finding trustworthy service providers, the absence of clear mechanisms to ensure service quality and transparency, and the limited digital transformation of this sector. The project also aims to create real job opportunities for craftsmen and small business owners and encourage their integration into the digital market, which contributes to improving service levels and enhancing the efficiency of the informal sector. In its first phase, the application targets the city of Metlili and its surroundings, with the ambition to expand to other provinces and regions in the near future, based on a clear vision that combines innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable social and economic impact.
