Abstract

This study deals with one of the important issues of the family in the social life of the human, which concerns the mechanisms of child protection between Islamic jurisprudence and the Charter of the Rights of the Child with a field study on the children of the city of Zulfana. The problem of this research was the following: What are the mechanisms adopted by both Islamic law and international conventions to protect children and ensure their rights? What are the points of convergence and separation between them ?.
