Abstract

This study focuses on the inventory of species used in green spaces in Sonatrach life bases of Hassi R'Mel region, to showcase their characteristics namely, their use in green spaces, their medicinal use their toxicity if it exists and other uses. The study has identified 62 plant species in 32 families. The most represented families are Asteraceae with 11.29% and 8.06% Lamiaceae with the identified species. Among the enumerated species, 48 species of medicinal interest and 18 show toxic effects. Most species are used as an alignment edge and plants.
