Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية المعالجة المحاسبية للأجور وفقًا للنظام المحاسبي المالي، وتحديد مدى فعالية هذه المعالجة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال التطرق إلى الإطار النظري لكل من الأجور والنظام المحاسبي المالي، بالإضافة إلى المعالجة المحاسبية للأجور. أما في الجانب العملي، فقد تم الاعتماد على أسلوب دراسة الحالة في مؤسسة SONERAS، وذلك لتحليل كيفية المعالجة المحاسبية للأجور وتقييم فعاليتها في الشركة. أظهرت النتائج أن شركة SONERAS تحفز الموظفين من خلال مكافأتهم بمزايا أو منافع لتحسين الأداء والحفاظ على نشاط الشركة بشكل دائم. كما أن التسجيل والمعالجة المحاسبية، والتي تمثل المرحلة النهائية، لا تقل أهمية عن المراحل الأخرى لإعداد الأجر. غالبًا ما تكون المعالجة وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي، حيث تستخدم الشركة برنامجًا خاصًا لتسيير ومعالجة الأجور. This study aimed to explore the accounting treatment of wages according to the financial accounting system and determine the effectiveness of this treatment in economic institutions. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted by addressing the theoretical framework of both wages and the financial accounting system, in addition to the accounting treatment of wages. For the practical aspect, a case study method was used in the SONERAS company to analyze the accounting treatment of wages and evaluate its effectiveness in the company. The research concluded with several findings, including that SONERAS motivates employees by rewarding them with benefits or advantages to enhance performance and maintain its activities continuously. The recording and accounting treatment, which is the final stage, is just as important as the other stages of wage preparation. The company often handles this according to the financial accounting system, using specialized software for wage management and processing
