Abstract

This study aims entitled the rules governing usury according the Malikiya to clarify the rules of usury for every person who is go to transaction so that he is aware of its legality and its prohibition, in order to achieve compliance with the orders of the law and its prohibition ,so the problematic came as follows: What are the rules governing usury according to the Malikiya?

The study dealt with the clarification of the usury′s reality,its types, the most important rules of usury of debts and the most important rules of usury in twelve rules, of which are the most important usury according to the Malikiya, Where and it has been studied by explaining its meanings, its authenticity and evidence and the inclusion of some of its images.

Among the most important results reached as a conclusion: that these rules under study solve the problem of many modern issues, and that these rules serve as evidence for the rule of blocking arguments that the Malikiyaused in many issues.
