dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to identify the role of vocational training institutions in training human resources for economic institutions. The practical aspect of it was on Algeria’s Water firm Ghardaia’s Unit. In this study we relied on the descriptive approach in collecting data related to the Research. To reach our Goal we used the questionnaire, wedistributed a sample ofit -the questionnaire-to about 33 workers. To analyze the questionnaire data, we used the statistical package for social sciences (spss), Microsoft Excel, and to test the hypothesis We used the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation (one way anova), the analysis of variance test mono, was also used regression and correlation analysis methods to prove the existence of a relationship between the variables of the study. Finally, the study concluded that vocational training institutions are an effective component in the training of Firms’ (companies’) workers, which is one of the main pillars in the development and rationalization of the performance of human resourcesEN_en
