تأثير بيئة العمل على تحقيق الابداع الإداري دراسة ميدانية (مديرية الضرائب)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تؤديه بيئة العمل في تنمية الابداع الاداري في المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال إجراء مسح ميداني على عينة من عمال مديرية الضرائب ببوهراوة ولاية غرداية. حيث تناول الإستبيان الموجه للعينة المدروسة نقاط تتعلق بجوانب تخص ابعاد بيئة العمل، و الابداع الاداري في المؤسسة الإقتصادية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن بيئة العمل لها دور كبير في تنمية الابداع الاداري ، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى توصيات مقترحة تفي بضرورة إلتزام بتوفير بيئة عمل مناسبة تساعد في العمل داخل المؤسسة و تنعكس بالايجاب على تكريس الابداع الاداري داخل المؤسسة. This study aims to highlight the role of the work environment in fostering administrative creativity within the organization. It conducts a field survey on a sample of workers in the Tax Directorate of Bouharoua in Ghardaia /The questionnaire directed at the studied sample covers aspects related to dimensions of the work environment and administrative creativity in the economic institution. The study found that the work environment plays a significant role in fostering administrative creativity. As a result, the study proposes recommendations emphasizing the importance of providing a suitable work environment that facilitates work within the organization and positively impacts the promotion of administrative creativity within the institution.
