Abstract

Today, electronic management is considered one of the most important features of modern management, which has many positive characteristics in administrative and functional performance, as well as facilitating various administrative and production processes, and raising the level of efficiency through the optimal use of technology and information systems, whose positive results and effects will extend to many sectors. In this research paper, we will present some of the successful Western experiences in applying electronic management and digital transformation in recent years, and compare them with Arab countries that have succeeded in applying electronic management and using its systems within bodies and institutions.
