Abstract

Endowment disputes are one of the biggest challenges facing the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments at the present time due to the large number of attacks that affect endowments, whether from the heirs or those in charge of these endowments or from the principals themselves or from others, and to ensure the continuity of these endowments, deterrent and strict laws must be enacted to block the road before Whoever tries himself to prejudice this great legacy left by the confinement and the people of bonds, and in the books of Islamic jurisprudence, all solutions to settle these endowment disputes if the guardian law can formulate and adapt them in legal articles to protect the endowments from the aggressors.
