دور نظام المعلومات المحاسبي في اتخاذ القرار

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور نظام المعلومات المحاسبي في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، مع التركيز على مؤسسة نفطال كحالة دراسية. تناولت الدراسة الإطار النظري لنظام المعلومات المحاسبي، مكوناته، أنواعه، وعلاقته بعملية اتخاذ القرار، بالإضافة إلى تحليل تطبيقي في مؤسسة نفطال لتقييم مدى فعالية النظام المحاسبي في دعم القرارات الإدارية والمالية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة من الموظفين في المؤسسة، مع تحليل النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظام المعلومات المحاسبي يلعب دورًا محوريًا في توفير معلومات دقيقة وآنية تدعم اتخاذ القرارات، لكنه يواجه تحديات مثل ضعف التكوين المهني للعاملين وعدم كفاية البنية التحتية التكنولوجية في بعض الأحيانThis study aims to analyze the role of the accounting information system (AIS) in improving the decision-making process within Algerian economic institutions, focusing on Naftal as a case study. The study examined the theoretical framework of the AIS, its components, types, and its relationship to the decision-making process. It also conducted an applied analysis at Naftal to assess the effectiveness of the accounting system in supporting administrative and financial decisions. A descriptive-analytical approach and a questionnaire were used to collect data from a sample of the institution's employees, with the results analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. The study concluded that the AIS plays a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making. However, it faces challenges such as poor employee training and sometimes insufficient technological infrastructure.
