Abstract

تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى تسليط الضّوء على الوعي الرقابي لدى القيادات الإدارية , والدور الذي يلعبه في كفاءة وفعالية نظام الرقابة الداخلية بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز بولاية غارداية , كما تمّ السّعي إلى معرفة واقع ممارسة هذه الوظيفة في الواقع العملي، من خلال د ا رسة بالاعتماد على الأداة الرّئيسية في جمع المعلومات حول موضوع الدّ ا رسة وهي الاستبيان، وتم توزيعه على عيّنة ميسّرة من موظّفي واطا ا رت حيث تم Excel و Spss المؤسسة، حيث قمنا بمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها، باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي التوصل في الأخيرّ إلى التأكيد على الدّور الهام الذي يلعب الوعي الرقابي لدى القيادات الإدارية و مدى فعاليته في كفاءة ونظام الرقابة الداخلية للمؤسسة محل الد ا رسةThis study aims to shed light on the supervisory awareness of the administrative leadership, And the role it plays in the efficiency and effectiveness of the system of internal control Directorate of the distribution of electricity and gas in the state of Ghardaia , The reality of the exercise of this function was also sought in practice through a study based on the main tool in collecting information on the subject of the study the questionnaire. It was distributed to a soft sample of employees and frames of these institutions, where we processed and analyzed the data, using the statistical program SPSS and Excel, Where the latter was reached to emphasize the important role that plays the supervisory awareness of the administrative leadership and its effectiveness in the efficiency and internal control system of the institution under study. .
