رقمنة التسيير المالي و تأثير اداءها على المؤسسات الاقتصادية

Abstract

تهدف هده الدراسة الي تسليط الظوءعلي دور واقع الرقمنة في مجال اتسيير المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية ومدى فعاليتها في تحسين الادء المالي و عليه من اجل تحقيقهدف الدراسة تم اختيار المؤسسةالصناعية ALFAPIP الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب بولاية غرداية كعينة لدراسة الميدانية و تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي لتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها من الاستبيان من خلال توزيع الاستبانة علي الموظفين وعليه تم الخروج ببعض النتائج ندكر منها:توفير الراحة و تحسين رضا العاملين و المساهمة في تحسين دقة التقارير المالية This study aims to shed light on the roie of digitization in the field of financial management ineconomic institutions and its effectiveness in improving financial performance accordingly in order to achieve the study objective the algerian alfapip industrial institution for the manufacture of pipes in the state ghardaia was chosen as a sample for the field study the descriptive approach was followed to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire by distributing the questionnaire to employees accordingly some results were reached including . providing comfort improving employee satisfaction and contributing to improving the accuracy of financial reports
