Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف بشكل دقيق على القيادة الأخلاقية وأثرها على جودة حياة العمل بالإضافة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين القيادة الأخلاقية وجودة حياة العمل، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، كما تم الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة من خلال توزيع استبيانات ومعالجتها عن طريق البرنامج الاحصائيspss. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من مفهوم القيادة الأخلاقية لدى العاملين في الشركة، وأيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين القيادة الأخلاقية كمتغير مستقل وجودة حياة العمل تابع This study aimed to accurately identify ethical leadership and its impact on the quality of work life, in addition to examining the relationship between ethical leadership and the quality of work life. The descriptive-analytical method was used to explore the topic, and a case study approach was adopted through the distribution of questionnaires and their analysis using the SPSS statistical program. The study concluded that there is a high level of understanding of the concept of ethical leadership among the employees of the company. It also found a correlational relationship between ethical leadership as an independent variable and the quality of work life as a dependent variable.
