اضطراب المعالجة الحسية والسلوك التكيفي لطفل مفرط الحركة ومشتت الانتباه دراسة حالة ببلدية متليلي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اضطراب المعالجة الحسية والسلوك التكيفي لطفل مفرط الحركة ومشتت الانتباه، حيث تكونت العينة من حالتين (2) ذكور، مشخصين باضطراب (ADHD) تتراوح أعمارهم 7 سنوات و8 سنوات ، أما بنسبة للمنهج المتبع لدراستنا هو المنهج العيادي (دراسة حالة ) .واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الأدوات التالية : اختبار بندر جشطلت البصري _الحركي ، مقياس التكامل الحسي، مقياس القائمة الحسية، مقياس الملف الحسي القصير، وأخيرا مقياس السلوك التكيفي لفينلاند، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود اضطراب معالجة حسية بسيط و قد ظهر ذلك في اضطراب التعديل الحسي واضطراب التمييز حسي كما توصلنا إلى وجود خلل في معالجة الحواس نتيجة ضعف الاستجابة وسعي وراء التحفيز وأظهرت لنا الحالتين اضطراب في التنسيق الحركي البصري إضافة إلى ذلك سلوك تكيفي ضعيف . This study aimed to identify sensory processing disorder and the adaptive behavior of a hyperactive and distracted child. The sample consisted of two (2) male cases, diagnosed with ADHD, between the ages of 7 and 8 years. The approach used for our study is the clinical approach (case study). In this study, we relied on the following tools: the Bender-Gestalt visual-motor test, the Sensory Integration Scale, the Sensory Checklist, the Short Sensory Profile Scale, and finally the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale. The results of the study revealed the presence of a mild sensory processing disorder, and this appeared in the disorder. Sensory modulation and sensory discrimination disorder. We also found a defect in sensory processing as a result of weak response and pursuit of stimulation. Both cases showed us a disorder in visual-motor coordination, in addition to weak adaptive behavior.
