La mise en place d’une formation FOS d’informatique pour les employés des administrations informatisées Cas d’Algérie télécom de Ghardaïa

Abstract

L’outil informatique est toujours présent dans les administrations algériennes.Ce dernier base sur la langue française ce qui pose un obstacle pour certains employés. A travers de ce mémoire, nous proposons une formation de FOS en informatique afin de les aider. Mais nous tentons de délimiter l’intervalle de notre recherche en choisissant les employés de l’administration informatisée d’Algérie Télécom de Ghardaïa comme un corpus. Avant d’entamer la conception de notre formation, nous analysons les besoins langagiers de notre public graçe à un questionnaire destiné à cette tranche sociale. En revanche,on peut généraliser cette formation au profit de tout employé dans une administration informatisée tant que l’informatique touche tous les secteurs. Through this memory, we propose a formation of FOS in data processing in order to help them. But we try to delimit the interval of our research by choosing the employees of the computerized administration of Algeria Telecom of Ghardaïa as a corpus.
