Abstract

This study was entitled impact of The Rule of observance of disagreement in the Algerian into Family Law, The Door of Marriage, where its main problem was: to what extent was the Algerian legislator of Algerian family law issues?; The second was some of the issues to which the rule of consideration of the dispute was applied in the Algerian family law without other sections, knowing the jurisprudence of the application of the rule.
