دور السقف الزجاجي في إمكانیة تقلیص الترقیة لدى عینة من النساء العاملات " دراسة حالة جامعة غردایة "

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة وضع المرأة في العمل والإدارة ، فبالرغم من سعيها لتطوير كفاء ا ومهار ا حتى تنال مكانة في سوق العمل ، وتعرضها لنفس الصعوبات والضغوطات التي يتعرض لها الرجل إلا أ ا لاتزال تتعرض إلى كثير من الضغوطات التي تمنعها من التقلد بالمناصب العليا ، وهذا ما يقودنا إلى طرح التساؤل التالي : ماهي المعيقات التي تتعرض لها المرأة وتمنعها من الوصول إلى مناصب عليا ؟ ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنسلط الضوء على ظاهرة السقف الزجاجي باعتباره من أبرز المعوقات التي تواجه المرأة في مسارها الوظيفي ، وذلك من خلال تعريفها وتشخيص أسبا ا والأثار المترتبة عنهاThis study dealt with the status of woman in work and administration in spite of its endeavor to develop its competence and skills ,in order to gain a place in the labor market , and exposing her to the same difficulties as men ,but she is still subjected to many pressures that prevent her from assuming higher positions ,and this leads us to ask the question :what are the obstacles that women face and prevent them from reaching higher positions ؟ through this study ,we will shed light on the glass ceiling phenomenon as one of the most important obstacles that women face in their career path , and that by defining it and diagnosing its causes and implications .
