دور بطاقة فيزا كارد في تعزيز تطبيق التكنولوجيا البنكية في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور بطاقة فيزا في تعزيز تطبيق التكنولوجيا البنكية في الجزائر ومن أجل الإجابة على إشكالية دراستنا والتي تتمحور حول مدى مساهمة بطاقة فيزا في تطوير التكنولوجيا البنكية في الجزائر ,وما انعكاساتهاعلى تسهيل المعاملات المالية وتعزيز ثقة العملاء في الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية, من خلال استكشاف مدى تأثير استخدامها على تحسين العمليات المصرفية , وتسهيل إجراء المعاملات المالية وزيادة مستويات الشمول المالي في ولاية غرداية , كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ,حيث تم الاستعانة في الجانب النظري بمجموعة من الكتب والمذكرات المرتبطة بالموضوع ,أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على أداة المقابلة لبلوغ الهدف. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها :  تعتبر بطاقة visa من أبرز وسائل الدفع في عصرنا الحالي , لما تتميز بالأمان وسهلة الاستخدام The studyaims to understand the roleplayed by the visa card in enhancing the application of smart bankingtechnology in algeria. In ordertoaddress the researchproblem _whichrevolvesaround the extent to visa cardconttributes to the development of smart bankingtechnology in algeria and its implications _weexaminedits impact on facilitatingfinancial transaction enhancingcustomer trust in digital banking services , and improvingbankingoperation.Additionally,weexploredits influence on increasinglevels of financial inclusion in the wilaya of Ghardaïa .The studyadopted descriptive –analyticalapproach,on the theoreticalside,werelied on a collection of books and notes related ti the topic ,while on the practicalside,weused interviews as a toolachieve the research objectives. The studyreached a number of key findings ,the most important of which are: 1.
