Despite the civilized development, Crime remains one of the most important problems that humanity suffers from, as all penal laws seek to deter it and achieve public and private security, Islamic punitive legislation remains as one of the solutions during the failure of man-made laws to eliminate crime, the comparison between positive punitive legislation and Islamic punitive legislation is one of the most important topics that seek to reach a deterrent solution to crime, especially crimes that threaten the soul and money, which are witnessing a great outbreak at the present time.
