مقاصد نظام الأسرة مقارنة بالمواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان

Abstract

هذا البحث يعالج موضوع مقاصد نظام الأسرة مقارنة بالمواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، وذلك بإظهار مقاصد نظام الأسرة في الشريعة الإسلامية وبيان أهميتها، ومن جانب آخر بإظهار مقاصد نظام الأسرة في المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان وبيان مراميها، وهذا من أجل إجراء دراسة مقارنة التي هدفها توضيح كيفية توافق وتباين المقاصد بين نظام الأسرة في الشريعة الإسلامية والمواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان. This research addresses the objectives of the family system in comparison to international human rights treaties. It aims to highlight the goals of the family system in Islamic law and demonstrate its significance. On the other hand, it also reveals the objectives of the family system in international human rights treaties and clarifies their implications. The purpose of this comparative study is to illustrate how the objectives of the family system in Islamic law align with or differ from those outlined in international human rights treaties.
