Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الموازنات التقديرية في التخطيط الإستراتيجي في المؤسسة، حيث إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتناسبه مع طبيعة الدراسة، كما تم استخدام كل من الوثائق والملاحظة في الإجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: - هناك تطبيق للتخطيط الإستراتيجي في مؤسسة نفطال مركز الزفت بولاية غرداية - تعتمد مؤسسة نفطال مركز الزفت بولاية غرداية على الموازنات التقديرية للإنتاج والمبيعات في نشاطها، This study aims to reveal the role of discretionary budgets in strategic planning in the institution, as we relied on the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study. Documents and observations were also used to answer the questions raised.
