Abstract

ﻳﻬﺪﻑ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺇلى ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ نجﺎﺡ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻨﻮﻙ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮﻳﺔ-ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻨﻚ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮ ﺍلخﺎﺭﺟﻲ في ﻏﺮﺩﺍﻳﺔ، ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ46ﻓﺮﺩﺍﹰ ﻗﺪﻣﻨﺎ ﺍﻹﻃﺎﺭﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻤﻲ ﻟﻺﺩﺍﺭﺓﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ نجﺎﺡ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ، ﻭﻟﻠﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍلمﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺍلخﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮﻱ ﺑﻐﺮﺩﺍﻳﺔ ﻭﺯﻋﻨﺎ46ﺍﺳﺘﺒﻴﺎﻥ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻠين ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﻭﻗﻤﻨﺎ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺑبرﻧﺎﻣﺞSPSS25لمﻌﺎلجﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ لمﻨﺎﻗﺸﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺿﻴﺎﺕ ﻭتحﻠﻴﻠﻬﺎ، ﻭﺗﻮﺻﻠﻨﺎﺍلى ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ: ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺗﺘﻮﻓﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻭﺗﺘﻤﺜﻞ في ﺍلمﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺍلمﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﺗﻠﻌﺐ ﺩﻭﺭ في ﺍنجﺎﺡ تحﻮﻝ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺍلخﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮﻱ ﺑﻐﺮﺩﺍﻳﺔ، في ﺣين ﻋﺪﻡ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍلمﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻟتي ﻣﻦ ﺷﺄﺎ ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ ﻭﺇنجﺎﺡ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻦ ﻭﺟﻬﺔ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠين ﺑﺒﻨﻚ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮ ﺍلخﺎﺭﺟﻲThis research aims to study the requirements for the success of applying e-management at the Algerian External Bank on Ghardaia, on a sample of 46 individuals. We presented the conceptual framework of E-management with identifying requirements for the success of applying e-management, to know these requirements in the Algerian External Bank in Ghardaia, we distributed 50 questionnaires to the workers there and used the SPSS25 program to process the data and analyze the hypotheses of the study, in the end we find the following results: There are requirements available in the bank, represented in the financial and human requirements that play a role in the success of applying e-management at the Algerian External Bank in Ghardaia, while the lack of both technical and legislative requirements wich facilitate applying e-management and this is from the viewpoint of the employees in the bank under study.
