أثر الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2019

Abstract

إزدادت أهمية الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر حيث أصبح يلعب دور إستراتيجي ومهم في تفعيل النمو الإقتصادي من خلال رفع معدلات الناتج المحلي وخلق فرص العمل ونقل التكنولوجيا الحديثة ودعم القدرات التنافسية. حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع العلاقة بين الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والنمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة (1980-2019)،وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية تم إجراء معالجة قياسية للبيانات بإستخدام نموذج الإنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة(ARDL) لتحديد إتجاه العلاقة على المدى القصير والطويل، وعليه توصلت الدراسة إلى الأثر السلبي للإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الإقتصادينتيجة توجه المستثمرين الأجانب للإستثمار في القطاع النفطي وعدم تنوع الإقتصاد الجزائري The importance of foreign direct investment has increased as it plays a strategic and important role in activatingeconomic growth by raising the rates of GDP, creating job opportunities, transferring modern technology and supporting competitive capabilities. This study aims to uncover the reality of the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth in Algeria for the period (1980-2019), through an econometric study of data using auto regressive distributed lag(ARDL) to determine the direction of the relationship in the short and long term,The study found the negative impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth as a result of foreign investorstendency to invest in the oil sector and the lack of diversification of the Algerian economy.
