دور التعلم التنظيمي في إنجاح عملية التغيير وكالة غرداية BEA دراسة ميدانية في البنك الجزائري الخارجي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد مدى تأثير التعلم التنظيمي على إنجاح عملية التغيير في بنك الجزائر الخارجي وكالة غرداية BEA AGENCE 028 GHARDAIA ، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، والتي وزعت على عينة عشوائية من العمال، قدرهم 42 عامل من مختلف المستويات الإدارية، كما تم استخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي لتحليل واختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج . SPSS توصلت الدراسة الى أن نسبة تأثير التعلم التنظيمي على عملية التغيير في بنك الجزائر الخارجي وكالة غرداية مرتفعة وقدرت ب % 76.2 وهذا ما يستوجب على المؤسسات ضرورة الاهتمام بالتعلم التنظيمي لما له من أهمية كبيرة في عملية تغيير أداء المؤسسة والرفع من تنافسيتها This study aims to determine the impact of the organizational learning on the process of change at the port enterprises in the bank of Algeria based on the descriptive analytical approach a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of workers, amounting to 42 workers from different administrative levels, as was done using descriptive and inferential statistics methods to analyze the study and test its hypotheses using the SPSS program. The results indicated that the ratio of the effect of organizational learning raises the process of change in the bank of Algeria is high and was estimated at 76.2% and this requires the enterprises to pay attention to organizational learning because of its great importance in the process of changing the performance of the enterprises and ressing its competitiveness
