Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة إثر جودة الخدمات التعليمية الخاصة على رضا الطلبة ومحاولة إبراز دور تطبيق أسس ومعايير الجودة والتي بدورها تعطي تأثير الإيجابي والرضا ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتوزيع 80 إستبيان على طلبة مدرسة اللغات والتكوسيت والتدريب harmony school وبعد إسترجاعنا 70 إستبيانا قمنا بتحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج spss كما أسفر عن وجود أثر لجودة الخدمة التعليمية على رضا الطبلة بالإظافة إلى إهتمام المدرسة وبشكل عال على جودة الخدمات التعليمية
