Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير مرتكزات اليقظة الاستراتيجية على إدارة المخاطر في المؤسسة، حيث جاءت إشكالية البحث متمثلة في التساؤلالرئيسي التالي "ما هو تأثير توافر متطلبات اليقظة الاستراتيجية على إدارة المخاطرفي مؤسسةALFPIPE؟"ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمالاعتماد المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة النظرية وطريقةدراسة حالة في الدراسة الميدانية، وتم جمع ومعالجة وتحليل آراء 116اطارا من الاطارات الإداريين في مؤسسة ALFPIPE، عن طريق استمارة استبيان تم تصميمها كأداة لقياس نموذج الدراسة واستخدمت الدراسة الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لاختبار فرضياتها، وتم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن هناك اهتمام باليقظة الاستراتيجية لكن بمستوى غير كاف للتأثير بفعالية في تطبيق إدارة المخاطر في مؤسسة ALFPIPE This study aims to find out the extent of the impact of the pillars of strategic vigilance on risk management in the enterprise, where the research problem was represented by the following main question "What is the impact of the availability of strategic vigilance requirements on risk management in the ALFPIPE organization?" In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was adopted in the theoretical study and the method of a case study in the field study, and the opinions of 116 managers at the fabib Foundation were collected, processed and analyzed through a questionnaire form that was designed as a tool to measure the study model and the study used descriptive and inferential statistical methods to test its hypotheses, and many results were reached, the most important of which is that There is an interest in strategic vigilance, but at an insufficient level to effectively influence the implementation of risk management in the ALFPIPE
