دور البلدية في حماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

تعتبرالإدارة المحلية حلقة الربط بين الإدارة المركزية المتمثلة فيالحكومة، والمواطن المحلي لذلك فهي تمارس صلاحياتها المخولة لها قانونا بأهمية بالغة من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة على المستوى المحلي، بالإضافة إلى تسيير الموارد البيئية المحلية وترشيدها من أجل حماية البيئة والمحافظة عليها، وتوفيرالمتطلبات الضرورية للأفراد في إقليمها. من أجل ذلك قمنا بهذه الدراسة لإبراز المهام المنوطة بالبلدية وتحديد صلاحياتها المختلفة في مجال حماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، في ظل تعديلات قوانين البلدية والقوانين الأخرى ذات الصلة.

The local administration is the link between the central administration represented in the government and the local citizen, so it practices its legally authorized powers with great importance in order to achieve sustainable development at the local level, in addition to running and rationalizing local environmental resources in order to protect and preserve the environment, and provide the necessary requirements for individuals in its region. For this, we carried out this study to highlight the tasks assigned to the municipality and determine its various powers in the field of environmental protection and achieve sustainable development, in light of the amendments to the municipal laws and other related laws.
