Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى استكشاف مساهمة التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الخدمات المالية من خلال دراسة لبنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري، حيث تناولت الدراسة الخدمات المالية بصفتها مكونا أساسيا في النظام المالي والذي شهدا تطورا كبيرا بفضل ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المالية في تلعب دورا مهما في تحسين فعالية وكفاءة هذا القطاع من خلال توفير خدمات مالية أكثر شمولية وسهولة للعملاء والشركات وكذا تحسين عمليات الدفع وبالتالي تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي واستقرار مالي. توصلت هذه الدراسة الى ان التكنولوجيا المالية في الجزائر اعتمدت على الحلول الرقمية وتكنولوجية وقد ساهمت بشكل ملموس في تسهيل العمليات البنكية اليومية This study aims to explore the contribution of financial technology to enhancing financial services through a study of the Algerian Popular Credit Bank. the study addressed financial services as a basic component of the financial system, which is witnessing significant development thanks to financial technology innovations that play an important role in improving the effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of this sector by providing more comprehensive and easier financial services to customers and companies and thus improving payment processes and thus enhancing economic growth and financial stability.
