Conduite culturale du palmier dattier dans la région de Metlili

Abstract

The zone Metlili is characterized by a diversity of the cultures of which the phoeniciculture which constitutes the basis of the agriculture in this desert region. The phoeniciculture depends on cultural care by meeting the requirements of the palm tree for insure earnings of production in quantity and quality. Unfortunately, these applications are not correctly realized at the level of certain exploitations, sometimes in a majority of exploitations for diverse reasons (lack of hand of qualified work, technical advice, financial means…). So there are differences of application of the technical route between the old and the new exploitations. For date palms in the region of the efforts improve the cultural conduct of palm trees must be made by the part.
