Abstract

This study is aimed at identifying the role of the financial information system in improving the financial performance of Algiers Telecommunication Company , Ouargla branch. Using the descriptive analytical approach and based on the questionnaire method in the data collection process, whereby a sample of 58 employee has been taken, in conducting this data , we have adopted the statistical package program for social sciences. The study concluded that The Algiers Telecommunications Company is using financial information system effectively, The Algiers Telecommunications Company also relied on the financial information system that helps in the process of evaluating its financial performance, there is a statistically significant relationship between the financial information system and the improvement of financial performance in Algiers Telecommunications Company. In short , we have recommended some suggestions, the most important of which was the need to focus on the financial information system in order to save effort and time, check the information issued by the financial information system, training employees in using the financial information system in various transactionsتيدؼ ىذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة دور نظا المعمومات المالي في تحسيف الأداء المالي بمؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر فرع ورقمة. وذلؾ باستخدا المنيج الوصفي التحميمي وبالاعتماد عمى اسموب الاستبياف في عممية جمع البيانات، حيث ت أخذ عينة مف 58 موظؼ، ولمعالجة ىذه البيانات قمنا باستخدا برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية لمعمو الاجتماعية، وقد توصمنا إلى أف مؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر تستخد نظا المعمومات المالي بشكؿ فعاؿ، تعتمد مؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر عمى نظا المعمومات المالي الذي يساعد في عممية تقيي أداءىا المالي، يوجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بيف نظا المعمومات المالي وتحسيف الأداء المالي في مؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر. وفي الأخير قدمنا بعض الاقت ا رحات كاف مف أىميا ضرورة الاىتما بنظا المعمومات المالي مف أجؿ توفير الجيد والوقت، تدقيؽ المعمومات الصادرة مف نظا المعمومات المالي، تدريب الموظفيف عمى استخدا نظا المعمومات المالي في مختمؼ التعاملات
