Abstract

تهدف هذه الدارسة الى معالجة موضوع تأثير أخلاقيات الإدا رة على الالتزام التنظيمي وابراز أهميته من خلالها، فحاولنا الاجابة على إشكالية البحث المتمثلة في ما مدى تأثير أخلاقيات الإدارة على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين، ولمعالجة هذه الاشكالية قمنا بإجراء دراسة نظرية وتطبيقية للموضوع باستخدام أدوات البحث المتمثلة في الاستبيان، وذلك عن طريق دارسة حالة في مؤسسة المشروبات الغازية والمياه المعدنية القولية بالمنيعة، ولقد توصلنا الى عدة نتائج أهمها: تسعى المؤسسة من خلال تقاسم المشاكل بينها وبين العاملين الى الاهتمام بالالت ا زم التنظيمي، وكذا أن أخلاقيات الفرد تتركز على أهمية المعاملة والتعاون بين أف ا رد العمل، كما توصلنا الى أن هناك علاقة لتأثير أخلاقيات الإدارة على الالتزام التنظيمي في مؤسسة المشروبات الغازية والمياه المعدنية القولية بالمنيعةThis study aims to address the issue of the impact of management ethics on organizational commitment and highlight its importance through it, so we tried to answer the research problem of what is the effect of management ethics on organizational commitment of employees, and to address this problem, we conducted a theoretical and practical study of the topic using the research tools represented in the questionnaire And that is through a case study in the soft drinks and mineral water (coliform) establishment with mania, and we have reached several results, the most important of which are: The corporation seeks, through sharing problems between it and the workers, to pay attention to organizational commitment, as well as that the ethics of the individual is focused on the importance of treatment and cooperation between business personnel We also found that there is a relationship to the impact of management ethics on the organizational commitment of the Soft Drinks and Mineral Water Corporation (coliform) to immunity..
