Abstract

Algeria has followed a new plan and a recent approach to managing the endowment and in order to be able to invest the latter in ways and mechanisms that are in line with technology. The endowment, its conditions, and then referring to the tasks of the organizational management of the endowment and its planning, all by adopting modern methods, which had a great role in developing the economy and accelerating its wheel in various ways. It achieved its goals, and undoubtedly, this will be reflected in social and economic life, which will contribute to raising the economic level and building a new Algeria that aspires to glory and lofty.
