Abstract

In this research, I spoke about the provisions of chronic diseases, the study of personal status jurisprudence on the concepts and terms of research in the first section on the concept of personal status, starting with the concept of marriage and ending with inheritance. She then spoke about diseases and their sections, which dealt with the most important diseases and the most egregious provisions of their existence. In section II, I also spoke of chronic diseases by presenting two of the most popular, widespread and influential models of marital life by mentioning the most important defects that a couple or one of them can have and the opinions of scholars to distinguish between them. In the present report, I spoke of divorce, infatuation and inheritance of the patient through the words and opinions of Islamic scholars.
