Abstract

There are possible effects of exchange rate fluctuations on the variables of the economy of any country in general, and on the situation of the balance of payments in particular. In order to control the exchange rate of the national currency in order to control its balance of payments and thus achieve the greatest possible economic benefits, the dinar witnessed major changes that could not have had significant positive results on the private national economy in terms of outcomes because the Algerian economy is linked to oil prices, which are controlled by factors external global.
