Abstract

ﺗﻬدف الدراسة إلى تقديم مفاهيم أساسية للأداء المالي والتعرف على مختلف مؤشرات تقييمه وأيضا تقديم مفاهيم عامة حول الأسواق المالية وإبراز علاقتها بالأداء المالي، كما نعلم أن المؤسسات تلجأ إلى هذه الأسواق لتمويل عجزها وتحسين وضعيتها المالية، من خلال ما سبق، وﺗﻬدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث كيف تؤثر الأسواق المالية على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الإقتصادية؟ أجبنا على الإشكالية في الفصل التطبيقي بعدما أسقطنا بعض من المؤشرات الأداء المالي على مجمع صيدال فتبين The study aims to provide basic concepts of financial performance and identify the various indicators of its evaluation, and provide general concepts about financial markets and their relationship to financial performance, we know that institutions resort to these markets to finance their deficit and improve their financial situation, through the above. This study aims to examine how financial markets affect the financial performance of economic institutions? We responded to the problem in the applied chapter after we used some of the indicators of financial performance on SIDAL.
