دور القيادة الأخلاقية في التقليل من ضغوط العمل دراسة حالة مؤسسة العمومية لصحة الجوارية " والعيادات التابعة لها بمتليلي "

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة م إلى معرفة علاقة بيّ القيادة الأخلاقية في تقليل من ضغوط العمل. ومن أجل الوصول لأهداف الدراسة إرتأينا أن نطرح الإشكالية التالية: كيف تساهم القيادة الأخلاقية لها أشكال وأبعاد تساهم في التقليل من ضغوطات العمل؟ حيت استخدم نتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداة الاستبيان تم توزيع على مجموعة من الموظفيّ مؤسسة العمومية لصحة الجوارية" والعيادات التباعة لها بمتليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها للقيادة الأخلاقية دور في التقليل من ضغوط العمل للموظف داخل الم ؤسسة، القيادة الأخلاقية لها أشكال وأبعاد تساهم في التقليل من ضغوطات العمل، ضغوطات العمل لها توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 2.20 ≥ α في إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول ضغوط العمل تعزى للمتغيرات الوسطية )الجنس، العمر، الخبرة المهنية، نظام العمل(. The study aimed to find out a relationship between ethical leadership in reducing work stress. In order to reach the objectives of the study, we decided to pose the following problem:How does ethical leadership contribute to its forms and dimensions that contribute to reducing work pressures? Where we used we follow the descriptive analytical approach using the questionnaire tool, it was distributed to a group of employees of the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health" and its affiliated clinics in Metlili. The study found the most important results, the most important of which is the role of ethical leadership in reducing the work pressure of the employee within the organization. There are statistically significant differences at a significant level of α ≥ 0.05 in the answers of the study sample members about work stress due to the median variables (gender, age, professional experience, work system).
