Abstract

Digital transformation is part of the digital revolution that we are currently witnessing in various aspects of life, and it has become an imperative necessity for economies and countries in order to achieve development, sustainability and raise the level of economic and social development. Through this study, we seek to shed light on the concept of digital transformation, and present some examples of digital transformation in Algeria, similar to each of the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Post And transportation, and knowing its impact on improving public service for the Algerian citizen.
