Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع "دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في إصلاح مهنة التدقيق المحاسبي في الجزائر" من خلال نموذج تطبيقي باستخدام تقنيتيCHATGPTوRAG. تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية توظيف هذه التقنيات الحديثة لتحسين جودة وكفاءة عمليات التدقيق، والحد من الأخطاء البشرية، وتسريع تحليل البيانات المالية. وقد تم بناء نموذج تطبيقي على مؤسسة ناشئة NIZAMI بهدف محاكاة مراحل التدقيق المحاسبي اعتمادًا على أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن توظيف تقنيتيCHATGPTوRAG يمكن أن يحدث تحولًا نوعيًا في مهنة التدقيق من خلال دعم المدقق في جمع الأدلة، تحليل القوائم المالية، واكتشاف التلاعبات المحتملة. كما أكدت أن هذه الأدوات لا تلغي دور المدقق البشري، بل تعزّز من فاعليته. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير بيئة تقنية ملائمة وتكوين مهني متخصص من أجل ضمان تطبيق فعّال وآمن للذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة التدقيق الجزائرية This study explores "The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Reforming the Auditing Profession in Algeria" through a practical model using CHATGPT and RAG technologies. The research aims to investigate how these advanced tools can be utilized to enhance the quality and efficiency of auditing operations, reduce human error, and accelerate financial data analysis. A practical model was developed based on anemerging company named “NIZAMI” to simulate auditing processes using AI technologies. The findings reveal that incorporating CHATGPT and RAG into auditing can bring about a significant transformation by supporting auditors in gathering evidence, analyzing financial statements, and detecting potential fraud. However, the study emphasizes that these tools complement rather than replace the human auditor. It concludes by recommending the development of a supportive technological environment and specialized training to ensure the effective and secure implementation of AI in Algerian auditing practices
