التحول الرقمي للإدارة الجبائية ودوره في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمكلفين بالضريبة- دراسة ميدانية لعينة من موظفي مركز الضرائب لولاية قسنطينة

Abstract

نستهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إبراز مدى مساهمة التحول الرقمي للإدارة الجبائية في سياق البيئة الجزائرية لأغراض تحسين جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها الإدارة الجبائية لصالح المكلفين بالضريبة، وكذا الوقوف على طبيعة واتجاه العلاقة بين التوجه نحو التحول الرقمي وتحسين جودة الخدمات الجبائية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد استبيان كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة والموزع على عينة مكونة من 35 موظف بمركز الضرائب لولاية قسنطينة، وقد أظهرت النتائج دليل عن توفر مؤشرات عن وجود تحول رقمي وكذا تحسن في جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمكلفين بالضريبة، مما يؤكد وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية وذات دلالة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام ودعم التحول الرقمي بتوفير بنية تحتية ملاءمة لذلك، وتقديم الدعم الفني اللازم لتحقيق خدمات جبائية تتسم بالجودة في صالح المكلف بالضريبةThrough this study, we aim to highlight the extent of the contribution of the digital transformation of the tax administration in the Algerian context for the purposes of improving the quality of services provided by the tax administration for the benefit of taxpayers, as well as standing on the nature and direction of the relationship between the trend towards digital transformation and improving the quality of tax services. To achieve this, a questionnaire was used to gather data from 35 employees in Constantine's state tax, The results showed evidence of the availability of indicators of digital transformation as well as an improvement in the quality of services provided to taxpayers, which confirms that there is a strong significant correlation. the study recommended the necessity of paying attention and supporting the digital transformation by providing an appropriate infrastructure for that, and providing the necessary technical support to achieve the quality tax services in favor of the taxpayer.
