Abstract

تهدﻑ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻗﻊﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ في ﻗﻄﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣين ﺑﺎلجﺰﺍﺋﺮﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺃﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺣﻮﻝﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣينﻭﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ، ثمﺍﻟﺘﻄﺮﻕﺇلىﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲفي ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﺄﻣين محﻞ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ، ﻭﺧﺮﺟﺖ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ بمﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺃهمﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺷﺮﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣين تمﺎﺭﺱﻧﺸﺎﻃﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣﻴني ﻭﺗﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ في ﻣﻌﺎلجﺔمخﺘﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻭﺍلمﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﺍلمحﺎﺳﺒﻴﺔﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﻨﻴﺔﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺁﻟﻴﺎ، ﻣﻊ ﺗﻮﻓير ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺳﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﻭﺁﻣﻨﺔ، ﻭﻛﺬﺍ تحﺴين ﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﺍلخﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺍلمﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻼﺀ ﻭﺍلمﻮﺍﻃﻨين ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﺟﻞ ﺍتخﺎﺫ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔThis study aims to investigate the implementation of electronic management and digital transformation in the insurance sector in Algeria. It starts by understanding the basic concepts of insurance, electronic management, and digital transformation. It then examines the current application of digital transformation in the National Insurance Company, the case study of this research. The study reveals several findings, including the fact that insurance companies in Algeria use technology to process various accounting and technical data automatically, providing quick and secure financial services. Additionally, it improves the quality of services offered to customers and citizens, as well as facilitates decision-making processes for the state.
