Abstract

Women are considered the most important element in society, which is why the Islamic community has given her great attention through her education, educating her and assuming important positions, which has made her a respectable position, and the Holy Qur’an urged that in explicit texts and set forth provisions and laws that protect her. The Rustamiyya and Zayani women have emerged in several fields, whether politically, economically, socially or culturally, in political life through influence, direction, and political marriage in order to consolidate the interests of both parties between the ruling families, and their social role was not limited to household affairs only, but rather they had contributions and other social and scientific activities.
